Can I have a sample order for led light?
Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.
What about the lead time?
Sample needs 3-5 days, mass production time needs 10-15 days. The actual delivery time depends on order quantity and production plan.
Do you have any MOQ limit for led light order?
Low MOQ, 1pc for sample checking is available. Custom requests or special specifications may vary depending on the product requirements.
Is it OK to print my logo on led light product?
Yes, customized logo on the lights or box is supported. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample. Extra fees may apply if standard MOQ is not reached.
Do you offer guarantee for the products?
Yes, we offer a 3-5 years warranty on our products. During the guarantee period, we will send replacement lights with new order for small quantities. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you, or discuss optimal solutions.
What certificates do you have for the led light?
For commercial and residential lighting, we have CE/ROHS/UL/ETL certificates. For explosion-proof lighting, CNEX/ATEX/IECEX certificates are available to meet various regional standards and requirements worldwide.
