Return Policy
We accept returns within Canada and US within 14 days for store credit or return, we are unable to accept returns from outside Canada and US and we do not accept any custom design returns. Customer will shoulder the shipping fee for returned items. Before returning any item(s) please email
us at dordelights@yahoo.com so we can address the issue. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Shipping Policy
D’or Delights ships all purchases via Canada Posts regular mail, NO tracking number included. An additional charge of $15 for shipments that require one. All shipments will be sent within 5 business days except pre-order items as this will be coming from the Philippines. Allow 7-10 days delivery. Give us 4 to 6 weeks for pre-ordered jewelry as this piece(s) are customized for you. If you wish to pick it up in Calgary, please message us at dordelights@yahoo.com or call (403) 466-2795 for arrangements.
